All new clients must complete a free Meet and Greet before services begin. Bookings are confirmed once accepted by Baxter’s Pals Pet Care.

• For one off services – invoices will be sent within 7 days of confirmation of service and payment is due within 7 days of the invoice being sent.

• For regular monthly customers - invoices will be sent at the end of the month and payment is due within 7 days of the invoice being sent.

• For longer pet sitting booking, a 25% deposit will be required to secure the booking and the remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of the start.

Dog Walking/House Visits:

Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice will not incur a charge.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the fee.

Same day cancellations will be charged in full.

Overnight Pet Sitting:

More than 14 days before the booking: deposit refunded or transferred

7-14 days before: deposit will be retained

Less than 7 days: full booking will be chargeable

Owners agree to provide accurate information regarding their pet’s health, behaviour and medical history. Any changes must be communicated before the next booking.

In the event of an emergency, Baxter’s Pals Pet Care is authorised to seek veterinary treatment if the owner cannot be contacted. All veterinary costs remain the owner’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse or end a service if a pet display’s behaviour that could place itself, other animals or myself at risk.

Any keys or access codes provided will be stored securely and only used for the agreed services.

Every reasonable care will be taken whilst pets are in our care. However, Baxter’s Pals Pet Care cannot accept responsibility for illness, injury or loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

With the owner’s permission, photographs of pets may be used on our website and social media. Owners can opt out at any time.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will only be used for providing our services.
